Casino bonus scams can get you banned from many other

Peter has just opened an account at a small casino with a Danish license and deposited 100 DKK to get the welcome bonus, but it never showed up. So he wrote to their support team and was surprised to learn that his account was blocked for bonuses. This didn't make sense to Peter, as he had just opened his account and therefore couldn't have broken their rules.

We were approached by three other players who had experiences similar to Peter's (fictitious name), and although the casinos did not give players a clear message in either case, we were able to get an explanation: the player had cheated or used bonuses in other casinos operated by the same company, which meant that he was excluded from receiving bonuses in all casinos operated by that company. However, it can be difficult for players to know which casinos are owned by the same company because all casinos are positioned as independent casinos.

There are two types of casinos

In Denmark, 30 casino licenses have been issued, but more than 80 casinos are licensed to operate casinos in Denmark. While all major and bedste online casinoer operators like Mr. Green, Royal Casino and LeoVegas have their own licenses, 2 licenses are held by casino operators who offer other companies a complete casino package which these companies only have to sell. These are called "white casinos".

These white-label casinos are often run by small companies. They choose a name for the casino, create a website with a logo and graphics and decide what bonuses the casino will offer, but once the player starts playing in the casino, the larger company takes over.

A player may have an account at several casinos run by the same casino operator and not know that they are run by the same company. While it is often possible to get a welcome bonus at each casino, we have now seen examples of players in both groups with a white label who have been excluded from receiving bonuses in the entire group.

What are bonus cheats?

If a player breaks casino rules to get bonuses they are not entitled to, it is obviously bonus cheating. It may, for example, involve creating multiple casino accounts with different email addresses in order to get more than one welcome bonus.

However, casinos often have a much broader definition of bonus cheating and therefore they may exclude players even if they don't violate any specific rules. To that end, casinos often have rules in their terms and conditions that give casinos the right to deny players the bonus or close accounts at their "sole and absolute discretion". In practice, this may mean that casinos may decide to exclude players simply because they have played in such a way that the casino loses money, for example. if you withdraw your winnings immediately after the passage requirement has been met.

Which casinos are run by the same companies

As I said there are two white label operators in Denmark and you can be excluded from casinos in the group if the casino thinks you cheated with their bonuses or maybe just expects to lose money on you.

One group is AG Communication Limited or Aspire Global and they have a license for the following casinos in Denmark:

  • barbadoscasino.dk, belliscasino.dk, billioncasino.dk, casinoluck.dk, dansk777.dk, jackiejackpot.dk, jambocasino.dk, kaiserslots.dk, karamba.dk, lanadas.dk, magicred.dk, nextcasino.dk
In fact, the terms and conditions of these casinos state that "By receiving a welcome bonus offer at [casino name], you are excluded from receiving a welcome bonus at other Aspire Global brands". Despite this, most players can easily get the welcome bonus at several casinos in the group.

The other group is Skill On Net Limited, and they have a Danish license for the following casinos. However, not all of the casinos on the list are active:

  • 44aces.com, ahtigames.com, bacanaplay.com, casinoandfriends.com, CasinoandFriends.dk, clemensspillehal.com, clemensspillehal.dk, cozino.com, cozino.dk, drueckglueck.com, drueckglueck.dk, eurokingclub.com, eurokingclub. dk, eucasino.com, eucasino.dk, euromania.com, finlandiacasino.com, gigancasino.com, ice36.dk, knightslots.com, lordping.com, luckylouis.com, luckymeslots.com, luckyniki.com, luckyniki.dk, luckyvegas. com, lunacasino.com, lunacasino.dk, maskedsingergames.co.uk, megacasino.dk, miamijackpots.com, parisvegasclub.com, parisvegasclub.dk, playjango.com, playjoker.com, playkasino.com, playmillion.dk, playojo.com, playojo.dk, playtoro. com, queenvegas.com, queenvegas.dk, royalbet.com, royale500.com, simbagames.dk, slingo.com, slotsmagic.com, slotsmagic.dk, swiftcasino. com, turbonino.com, vegasmonkey.com, vegaswinner.com,vegaswinner.dk, zebrawins.com

In addition to these two groups, there are other companies that operate several different casinos and/or other gaming sites under the same license. However, here the same company is responsible for both the operation and marketing of typically 2-3 gambling sites, and we have not heard of similar problems in some of these places.
