No matter how much you want it, some things are just not meant to be. Good luck!
- Cheating
To me, this one makes the most sense. Either you cheat or he does. Just stick to one partner and choose! Nothing destroys a relationship more than a lack of trust. Even going to whores or escorts is cheating.
- They often argue
Every couple quarrels, but when it becomes a habit, it is time to intervene.
You start doing more and more things separately.
Are they no longer part of your life? And as soon as your girlfriend says "double date", you ask her if she really doesn't want to meet as a couple? You are often seen separately instead of together. You are becoming more and more distant from each other and devote yourselves more and more to separate activities. Perhaps you should go your separate ways and find someone to share your activities with.
- No vision for the future
You do not have the courage to make long-term decisions about him/her? (See: going on holiday or getting a pet together) And shout out loud when! If he starts talking about 'later, when you are married', you really better tie the knot now.
- Attracted to another person
Do you regularly look around at the opposite sex? Or maybe there is something better? Or can't resist flirting with that cute guy from work? Maybe that's the signal to fire him. It's not fair to you and it's not fair to him.
- Sex life? What sex life?
Do you have little or no sex? Or maybe you do, but you can't wait for it to end? Sex is an important factor in any relationship. It is logical that after three years there is no more spark, but it does not have to become a 'must'.
He does not treat you the way you deserve to be treated
If he does not even notice the new lingerie set or shows no initiative, you feel hurt and may even be disappointed. You also regularly think: "When will he learn?". If this happens several times a week, you should start thinking to yourself. Do you want this for your whole life? Do you want to spend your whole life doing your best for someone who does not do it for you? I don't think so.
- You complain a lot
Can't you stop complaining about him? By now your girlfriends have turned your weekly girls' night into a night of complaining. You are probably wondering why you are still together, and maybe you should.
- He's aggressive
If he regularly yells at you, uses physical force or scares you, it's time to pack up and leave or maybe throw his stuff out. There is no excuse for his attitude.
- The rut
The old family routine has crept up on you. This does not have to be a reason to end the relationship, but if you are not fighting to get out of it, then you have to do it yourself.
It is not there for you
A relationship is about giving and receiving. You must always be there for him when it suits him, but when you need him, he is suddenly too busy with himself (or drinking beer in the pub)? Then please find another man! This man has no idea what he has and he will find out if you cry it out with someone else.
Are these points recognisable to you or your relationship? Then you know what to do!
